Our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

Every installation we do is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty. That covers the part we control — the install itself: how the window or door is set, flashed, insulated, sealed, and finished. If something related to our workmanship isn't right, we come back and make it right. No runaround, no finger-pointing.

This is the heart of why we exist. Most window problems don't come from the window — they come from a rushed or sloppy install. We do it the slow, correct way the first time, and we put that promise in writing.

Manufacturer Warranties

On top of our workmanship coverage, the windows and doors we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies by brand and product line — many premium windows include long-term or limited lifetime coverage on components like the glass seal, frame, and hardware. As an authorized dealer for brands like Andersen, Pella, Provia, Therma-Tru, NT Window, Windor, and Burris, we'll explain the specific coverage on whatever product you choose and help you register it.
