Professional Installation & Finishing

A window is only as good as the person installing it. Hand-installed by craftsmen with years on the tools — our team handles every install, not anonymous third parties.

The install is where most window jobs go wrong.

Most window problems don't come from the window itself. They come from poor installation — rushed crews who skip flashing steps, leave gaps in the foam, forget the sill pan, or use the wrong shims. The window looks fine for a year. Then the drywall stains, the seal fails, or the unit shifts and stops closing right.

We do this work the slow way, on purpose. Every install is hand-done by our crew, by the manufacturer's instructions, with the materials the manufacturer specifies.

Our installation standard

  • Sill pan & flashing first — water management starts at the bottom, not after the window is in
  • Plumb, level and square — verified at every install, not just eyeballed
  • Proper shim placement — at every load point, never just at the corners
  • Low-expansion foam, applied right — full coverage without bowing the frame
  • Weather barrier integration — flashing lapped correctly with the WRB
  • Interior and exterior sealing — backer rod and quality sealant, not just caulk
  • Trim and finishing — clean cuts, tight miters, proper caulk lines
  • Final operation check — every window opened, locked, weatherstripped and inspected

Why "hand-installed" matters

A lot of window companies sub their installs out to whichever crew is available that week. The crew you meet at the showroom isn't the crew that shows up at your house. The result: inconsistent quality and finger-pointing when something goes wrong.

Our crew is in-house. We trained them. We stand behind their work. And we'll be the same people answering the phone if there's ever an issue.

Backed by a real warranty

Every install we do is backed by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty. That covers our labor — separate from the manufacturer's product warranty, which typically extends 10-20+ years on the windows themselves.

Frequently Asked

Installation FAQs.

Will the same crew that quotes me also install my windows?

Yes. We don't sub out installs. The people who walk your home are part of the same team that does the install.

Do you protect the rest of my house during install?

Floors covered, furniture moved or draped, debris bagged and removed daily. We treat your home like ours.

What if I just bought the windows myself — can you install only?

Depends on the window and the situation. Reach out and we'll walk through it honestly — sometimes it's a great fit, sometimes the warranty implications make it worth buying through us instead.

How do you handle stucco, brick or masonry openings?

Different opening types need different prep and flashing strategies. We're experienced with all the common Texas exterior systems and adjust the install method accordingly.
